Governor Appoints New Members to State Investment Council State of New Mexico - Office of the Governor Santa Fe, Mar 10, 2010 SANTA FE – Governor Bill Richardson appointed two new members and reappointed one existing member to the State Investment Council – complying with new requirements he signed into law last week.
