SANTA FE, N.M. — The Santa Fe County sheriff and district attorney held a news conference Wednesday morning to present their initial findings from the fatal shooting on the set of “Rust” last week. No charges have been filed at this time – investigators believe it is too soon to determine if a crime was committed.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Joel Aguilar Villanueva, 45, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, was sentenced in federal court to 11 years and three months in prison for transportation of a visual image of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Villanueva pleaded guilty on Nov. 8, 2019.
