CORRECTION: N.M. modifies Red-Yellow-Green system, permitting more day-to-day activities

CORRECTION: In the Yellow Level, food and drink establishments may operate indoor dining at 33% of maximum capacity (if NM Safe Certified), as specified in the text of the public health order itself. A previous version of this release listed a capacity limit of 25% – we deeply regret the oversight. The text of the public health order itself is correct and has not changed.
