SANTA FE —Last night, the Senate Judiciary Committee tabled Senate Bill 114, sponsored by Senator Steven Neville (R-Aztec), which would have allowed individuals with a concealed carry permit to carry firearms in all restaurants that garner more than 60 percent of their business from food. The recent changes to the liquor law indirectly added to the list of prohibited places where concealed carry permit holders are prohibited from carrying their firearm.
