DEMING – Voters casting their vote in-person in the Luna County Clerk’s office for the June 2nd primary will be required to wear a mask. County Clerk Andrea Rodriguez said the New Mexico Secretary of State is encouraging voters to mail their ballot as the most effective protection against exposure to COVID-19 at polling locations.
