NM Restaurant Association files second lawsuit against governor’s administration

The fight to allow restaurants to open indoor dining continues. Friday the New Mexico Restaurant association filed another lawsuit against Gov. Michele Lujan Grisham’s administration, saying they have the right to get raw COVID-19 data from the New Mexico Department of Health, because they feel like the data the governor’s office is giving out is incomplete.
