Former Rio Arriba County Sheriff sentenced to 3 years in prison

UPDATE: James Lujan has been sentenced to three years in prison Thursday, after being convicted the day before. A former Rio Arriba County sheriff has been found guilty of harboring a felon, according to a jury in Santa Fe on Wednesday.
