City of Albuquerque has paid out more than $330,000 in past two years

Big cities, small towns and school districts are paying out hundreds of thousands of dollars of your money because a court says they aren’t following the law. One city, Albuquerque, was recently recognized for being transparent with its records. It has paid out more than $330,000 for not releasing public documents on time.
