The Taos Compound case made national headlines for child abuse and terrorists allegations

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Jury selection for the Taos Compound case starts Monday after five years. The case made national headlines after it was tied to terrorist activity allegations. Five adults — Jany Leveille, Lucas Morton, Siraj Wahhaj, his two sisters Hujrah and Subhannah — are facing charges in connection to a raid of a compound back in 2018. On the property, police discovered guns, ammo and 11 malnourished kids.
