Clean fuel standard bill passes through the House floor


Some representatives say it helps with carbon intensity; others say gas prices will rise

Santa Fe – House Bill 41, also known as the Clean Transportation Fuel Standard, passed on the house floor in a vote of 36-33 this weekend. Representatives say the goal of the bill is to reduce carbon intensity and create a carbon credit market.
