Forrest Fenn, man at helm of famed treasure hunt, dies in Santa Fe home


Fenn’s treasure was reportedly found earlier this year

The creator of a 10-year-long treasure hunt has died, Santa Fe police confirm. Santa Fe author Forrest Fenn, 90, was a well-known art collector and gallery owner but he was perhaps most known for a mysterious treasure that he claimed to have hidden in the Rocky Mountains.
