Search warrant for ‘Rust’ actor Alec Baldwin’s phone is still pending 3 weeks later

A search warrant for Alec Baldwins phone was issued on December 17th but is still outstanding

TAOS, NM – Authorities are still trying to execute a search warrant issued in December for ‘Rust’ actor Alec Baldwin’s cellphone. It was issued on Dec. 17 by the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department. In a video posted to Instagram, Baldwin said, “the best way to honor the death of Halyna Hutchins is to find out the truth.”
