Trial for father charged under first ‘Bennie’s Law’ case set for Monday

Video : 39-year-old William Brown is the first-ever to be charged under “Bennie’s Law” in the state of New Mexico. His trial begins on Monday, June 17, at the Taos County Courthouse. According to prosecutors, if found guilty, Brown could face one to three years in prison.
