Governor to assign officers to Albuquerque in tactical response to violent crime


State Police personnel will focus on auto theft, narcotics, DWI and round up of violent criminals with felony warrants

SANTA FE – Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Monday announced she will temporarily assign additional New Mexico State Police officers to Bernalillo County, with an emphasis on the Albuquerque metro area, as part of a tactical response to violent crime.
