Albuquerque, N.M. – He has been called the “Man Who Sues the Government for Information” and now Jason Leopold, an investigative journalist at Bloomberg News who aggressively uses the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to push for greater transparency, will be the keynote speaker for the 2023 New Mexico Foundation for Open Government (FOG) William S. Dixon First Amendment Awards luncheon on Oct. 17, 2023 at the Sandia Golf Club in Albuquerque.
