SANTA FE — Today, the New Mexico Departments of Environment (NMED) and Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources (EMNRD) announce an extension of the informal public input period on the agencies’ recently released draft rules regulating waste, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx).
