PRC to break potential scoring ties among more than 400 proposed applications to build and operate community solar projects

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC), along with the state’s Community Solar Program project administrator, InClime Inc., will hold an event to break any potential scoring ties among 408 applications for proposed projects received in response to the PRC’s request for applications (RFA) to build and to operate community solar facilities to support the development of the state’s Community Solar Program. A hearing examiner from the PRC will randomly draw, one at a time, numbered tickets from a spinning drum, with each of the tickets representing an application. The event will be held at 10 a.m. on May 1 and available to watch online via the PRC’s YouTube channel.
