233 Views  LOS LUNAS, N.M. – Amazon confirmed early Wednesday a lease agreement and plans for a new fulfillment center in Los Lunas.  According to the company, the 1-million square foot center will create over 600 full-time jobs, with comprehensive benefits, as it launches in 2023.
284 Views  On Wednesday, the Albuquerque city council unanimously approved a 10-year ground lease and development agreement between Amazon and the Albuquerque International Sunport. Amazon’s construction of a 31,000-square-foot air cargo facility and the expansion of the Sunport’s cargo apron are expected to be completed next August.
